It is quite natural to experience moments of doubt and have negative thoughts. This exercise can help you overcome negative thoughts and regularly practicing this activity can help you think more positively.
For this activity, consider a negative thought you have recently had. Flip this thought with 3 positive thoughts in response. Attempt to include "I" statements and affirmations to challenge the negative thought. Next time a negative thought comes up, consider actively "flipping" it using this strategy.
