Things you didn't know were anxiety
Anxiety is not just feeling nervous or stressed about things, it is experienced individually by everyone. Here are some other ways that anxiety can be experienced:
- Feeling unable or too afraid to speak up.
- Feeling worried about the word choices you use when interacting with people.
- Thinking everyone can see inside your head.
- Not wanting to come off as stupid.
- Resenting yourself for not meeting other people's standards.
- Believing everyone was silently judging you.
- Feeling like you have to overachieve and be the best to be intelligent.
- Criticise your every movement.
- Thinking you need to be perfect to not be judged.
Ask yourself: Which of these have you found yourself doing? How can we manage these types of thoughts?

Thank you. That was a very helpful post. I think i have experienced all of the points mentioned regarding anxiety. It's sad but i know i'm not alone.
