Taking Time Out
Taking time out from a stressful period can be a great way to manage anxiety!
You could:
- Try out some yoga
- Listen to music
- Meditate
- Get a massage
- Try some relaxation techniques
- Anything else you can think of!
Hopefully giving yourself some time away from all the stresses you face will be helpful in taking a step back, and putting some of your worries into perspective, and enable you to clear your head of overwhelming anxious thoughts.
