We all want to care for others, but we can only adequately care for other people if we are in good shape ourselves. If we are not in good shape, then we run the risk of hurting ourselves, others, and burning out.

 

Taking good care of ourselves means eating, exercising, and sleeping well. We care for you and want you to rest and take care of yourself. You matter and are important to us!
