  • Get in touch with inspiring people who radiate healthy vibes. Whether they are your close friends or family members or a mentor or even a kind neighbor, anyone! Do not hesitate to reach out to them to get some positive perspective or you can also consider requesting for advice (If that helps you).

  • Listening to motivational videos or reading books to keep a positive outlook can unconsciously play a very important role in how we think, feel and behave.

  • Reminders - Remind yourself about the progress made, small or big wins and dreams to be worked on. Positive practical affirmations can be very helpful to encourage us.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness simply means living in the present with total involvement. Take some time to relax, breathe and focus on the present. Focus on what you can sense, see, hear, listen, touch, smell - things that make you feel peaceful. What is something you do that makes you feel at peace?
