Build your Support System

As social creatures we need support as this can help us in achieving a good state of emotional well being. Building friendships and a good support system full of engaging activities is very healthy - allowing people to support us significantly and we can support them as well.

A weekly or monthly activity to socialise - simplest form is calling family or friends or hanging out with them or joining any group programs to get to know new people can help us feel less lonely and supported.

Think about the question below:

The answer to the question may help you identify those who care about and support you in your life. It’s okay and healthy to rely on support and those around you who seem encouraging and trustworthy. It's said the company we are with has a lot of impact on us, try and surround yourself with positive people
