Set 1.2 - Choose a Specific Hurt You Want to Work to Forgive
Pick a hurt you don’t feel like you can forgive right now.
Imagine yourself back when you were hurt. Some things might have made the hurt feel worse. Maybe the person did not apologize or admit to hurting you. Or maybe the person has hurt you again since then.
This is the hurt you’ll work on through this growth path. Your goal is to forgive it completely by the end.
