Start Now and Start Where You Are

You can think of building self-confidence like playing a video game. You start on an easier level. Then, as you master skills, you go up to the next level. And this process continues. You don't go from Level I to Level 8, because that is too much of a jump and will be too hard. Instead, you go from Level I to II and then to III. Along the way you learn key skills that you need to move to the next level.

Believe it or not, by starting this path you have already turned on the Building Self-Confidence game. You are taking steps and moving forward. You are building momentum. Life is helping you learn the core skills you now to move to the next level.
