Shifting Mindset to Move Forward
There can be two types of mindset - fixed and growth, these are being increasingly used as awareness increases. Fixed is the belief - things cannot change and are completely out of changeable control whilst Growth is the belief - with hard work and commitment things can change and improve.
Some of the ways to shift our mindset towards positivity to move forward are:

Practising mindfulness can be helpful.

Maintaining a regular writing journal for self-reflection
- Regular positive affirmation or positive words. For example: "Day by day I am growing, moving forward in my life, I am becoming very positive person, I am happy, I love myself , I take and give time in knowing people and I thank my higher self or god or people who are there supporting us in the whole process.
- Finding methods for practising gratitude that fit into your life.
And so on..
Here are some questions to focus on:
- How would you like to see your mindset improve?
- Do you focus more on the past or future?
- How often do you think about the present?
You never have to feel pressured to accept positivity in life, take your time with it. Positivity is not something we can inculcate in a single day, it takes time to fade the negative vibes off us and embrace some optimism.
