- Who are 1 to 5 people who mean the most to me? What made them special to me?

❍ What have I done or said today to them that reflected how much they mean to me?
❍ What can I do or say tomorrow to them that reflects how much they mean to me?

Below are questions for self-reflection for a daily reminder if you have tendency of doing negative self-talk or self-loathing (recommended to use before ending the day):
Who is the person I have treated or spoken to, with the kindest act/words? What made me do so?
- Have I treated myself with the same kindness I gave them?

What can I do to treat and speak to myself with utmost kindness and compassion?
What kind and compassionate words have I said to people when they were facing hardships? When they told me about their regret or failure?
- Have I said the same kind and compassionate words to myself when I'm facing challenges? When I fail or make mistake?

Questions for self-reflection as a daily reminder (recommended to use before ending the day):
Who are people I have judged negatively, either with words or thoughts, based on what I perceived of their behaviour or words or words of others? Is it my own assumption only? Have I known for a fact their reasonings or side of the story?
How would I feel if someone assumes the worst of me based on what I do or say without understanding what my reasons are or where that behaviour or words come from?
What can I do to eliminate biased judgement on others that is based on my assumptions? That is based on the words of others?

Which spectrum are you leaning more into? Which one do you feel would be easier and would make you happier:
