As we come to the end of this path, I would like to present you with some self-help resources that may be useful for you to learn about more techniques specific to you.
Here is CDC's How Right Now site. You can click on how you're feeling that day (Afraid, Angry, Grieving, Lonely Sad, Stressed, Worried, and Not Sure) and it will navigate you to a page that has useful information about how to navigate this feeling. The site also offers resources on how to connect with others and what other people are doing to cope with struggles during the pandemic. This site has a wealth of resources, you just have to search around to find what can be applied to you!
This UCLA site specifically has COVID-19 resources for people who identify with the LGBTQ+ community. There are self-help resources, crisis resources, wellness resources, educational resources, and family/youth resources.
Go here to take CDC's Mental Health Quiz. You can learn between the common myths and facts surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Hopefully, you can apply some of the things we explored in this path and learn some new things regarding mental health.
