Awareness
To feel something is human nature. We cannot control feelings or cravings any more than we can a sneeze. We can control how we react to that feeling or urge, however. A method which can assist with this is acknowledging that it is present, and patiently observing that feeling and what may be underneath it.

For this exercise, think about what feelings or urges you may have right now.
* Can you name these feelings or urges?
* Which one or two colors represent them for you?
This exercise is intended to be a self-care technique, or short-term distraction.
