Finding Light
Sometimes it's easier to find things to be thankful for when we're looking for them. You might even consider looking for good as a way to spite the darkness. Some examples might by the smell of tea or coffee, a nice view out the window or good weather, a hot meal, good friends, or a good afternoon, etc.
