REACH 7.3 ❍ If it isn’t Complete?

Creator: @ouiCherie

If emotional forgiveness is not completed yet:

  1. If you have experienced less than 100 percent emotional forgiveness, you might want to repeat the steps again. Repeat steps 5 and 6 again, but this time try to sympathize with the wrongdoer. Then try to experience an unselfish type of love for that person.
  2. If you and the wrongdoer have a history of mutually hurtful acts. You can forgive the hurtfulness by taking three steps.
  • Pick two or three of the most hurtful acts. They will symbolize all the hurts the person did to you.
  • Work through each of the two or three acts until each one is forgiven. At some point, you will decide that you have forgiven enough acts, and therefore you have forgiven the person.
