Provoking your mind!

Creator: @cheerfulIceCream

Studies suggest that us homo sapiens are more likely to remember our negative memories, and in greater details than our good ones. And that's okay, that's how we're programed. However, we can always intentionally take time to remember and appreciate our good memories, can't we?

Yes!

And I have questions to help you with it. 😀 Try to go in as much details as possible.

  • What are some compliments (even backhanded) that you've received from others?
  • What have your family for friends expressed to admire or appreciate about you?
  • What's a time when you had a good social experience? Can you recall more of those?
