Giving something away that we no longer need can help Practice the art of giving something you no longer need to someone who needs it. Perhaps you can provide a donation to a clothes or food bank to help those who need it more than you do? Just a simple step that will make you feel happier and like you have achieved something very positive in helping others who are in need. You may want to give up your time to volunteer locally, something that brings you meaning in your life will open yourself up to new possibilities.
