Positive Affirmations Practice
Positive affirmations can be extremely beneficial when it comes to developing a positive self-image. They can also help foster an optimistic outlook for situations we may face.
Affirmations are most effective when they are used repeatedly, but you can also use them in moments where you feel stressed or anxious. If you ever notice you are having negative thoughts, you can use positive affirmations to change your thought patterns!
You can read through the affirmations below, write them down in a journal, or say them out loud to yourself! Here are some examples you can try:
- I am deserving of respect and kindness.
- I am creating my ideal life for myself.
- I can achieve anything I desire.
- I am in control.
- I trust myself to make the right decisions. I have the tools and abilities I need to do so.
- I am closer to becoming my true self everyday. Every challenge, loss, and sucess brings me closer to that goal.
- I am deserving of health, wealth, and love.
- I know that I am more than my negative thoughts. I can rise above anything.
- I am at peace with all that has happened, will happen, and is happening.
Remember that at first, you may feel unsure when repeating these affirmations, and that's completely okay! It takes practice to get to a point where you believe it, but the important thing is that you are making a start.
