Understand Your Burnout Causes/Potential Triggers

  • Discuss your challenges and feelings with someone. This can be your supervisor or a colleague. 
  • Take action to resolve any obstacles or potential triggers and avoid burnout.
  • Recognize your limitations and set healthy boundaries.
