Okay, now you've done this little creative self-care exercise, so what's next?

So how was it for you? Do you want to put a little appointment in your calendar to draw for 20 minutes once a week? Maybe you get some coloring stuff and leave it in a basket next to the sofa so that if you get itchy fingers while watching a show, you can choose to color without having to debate getting up. Maybe this helps you to figure out your calm color and you carry that with you in case you feel anxious. The possibilities for incorporating creative self-care into your everyday life are endless.
