Mini Self-esteem Session for Mega Boost!

Ice-breaker - Think of the people who have high self-esteem. Do they have anything in common? 

 

  1. Let’s start our session with a simple exercise. Please think of some positive words and fill in this blank ‘I am ___ & I can __’ for example ‘I am kind and I can love’.  
  2. List three things that you are grateful for. (Try to think of somethings that happened within the last 7 days)
  3. Please share something good YOU did for someone else in the past 7 days (Could be a pet, could be the environment and could be for a hooman bean)
  4. Please fill in this blank and share with us ‘’I am confident because ____’’ (For example, I am confident because I am an extraordinary cook)  
  5. For our last question, tell us what you can do in your present (preferably this day or this week) that will get you one step closer to your ideal self.
