Mindfulness is a word that is often used when talking about self-care and mental health, but what actually is it?
Mindfulness is a technique where you pay attention and focus on the things around you, in order to stay in the moment.
It can help us to become more aware of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgement, hopefully leading towards acceptance of ourselves.
