Accepting oneself doesn’t mean being completely satisfied with your past decisions and behaviors. Self-acceptance means embracing our ability to learn and grow from our mistakes.

In the fifth major step towards Self-Forgiveness, we will:

  • Understand that We Are All Capable of Wrongdoing
  • Reflect on What Makes You Valuable
  • Consider a Situation to understand Value
  • Perform a practical activity: Man in the Mirror
