Rumination, the act of obsessing over negative thoughts and images, has been associated with numerous anxiety and mood disorders.

In the third major step towards Self-Forgiveness, we will:

  • Assess Faulty Beliefs and Assumptions
  • Expose Unrealistic Expectations and Standards that Are too Strict
  • Analyze Faulty Cognitive Processes
  • Understand Strategies to Rethink Rumination
  • Develop an Action Plan
