Main Step 2: Repair Relationships

A restored sense of connection or closeness with whatever you hold to be Sacred is an essential first step in the self-forgiveness process. To self-forgive responsibly, the next step is to make amends with those whom we have harmed.

In the second major step towards Self-Forgiveness, we will:

  • Assess the Hurts
  • Find Forgiveness
  • Understand the Burden of Unforgiveness
  • Understand the Benefits of Forgiveness
  • Understand the Elements of a Good Confession
  • Practice the Empty Chair Exercise
