Life is Challenging for Everyone

Okay, we need to level set. Some of us start a little beyond the starting line in life and some of us start behind the starting line. Regardless, for all of us - for every single one of us - life is challenging. A central tenent of most worldviews or religions is that life is hard. The first point of Buddhism is that life is full of suffering and pain.

The first part of becoming confident is to know that the starting point is that life is difficult for all of us. It is difficult for me, for you, and for the person that is acting like life is a breeze.

And, yes, even though life is hard, we still support one another, we still master skills, and we still RISE UP!
