Simple breathing exercises have a great power to calm our nerves. Let's take a few simple breaths with the help of this 1min video and relax ourselves.
This video takes you through a technique called box breathing, where you visualize a box, go through it's borders while doing the following;
1. Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
2. Hold your breath for 4 seconds
3. Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds
4. Hold and repeat the steps again.
