Mindful Noticing Exercise to help increase the ability to just notice thoughts without attachment.
Try out this meditation. It's a very common meditation for just noticing thoughts as they go by. The first several times you do this meditation you may notice yourself chasing leaves and not wanting to let go of thoughts, or may notice a lot of thoughts, but over time it becomes easier to just notice them as they pass by.
