Journaling to Cope
Journaling helps you explore your thoughts and feelings, and may be a safe outlet to release what's on your mind. In addition, your can personalize your journaling journey by tracking certain habits or moods and logging your daily gratitude reflections amongst other activities.
Whether you prefer using prompts or free-format journaling, the benefits include being able to vent safely, explore your thoughts, reflect back on progress, as well as reduce your stress, anxiety, or other feelings. As a MDS caregiver, journaling can help you achieve these benefits as well as help you keep track of your journey supporting your loved one.
