You are capable of much more than you give yourself credit for:
At times we underestimate our own capabilities and overestimate our limitations. It helps to challenge our own limits a little and be reminded of how capable we are. Think of a fear or limitation that you have. Something that is possible but outside your comfort zone. Then take a tiny step towards conquering your fear!
Example: Anna feels like she is being judged each time she is out in public so she avoids public places. Anna has decided that she will spend 5 minutes in a public place with her supportive friend to try and work on her fear.
Write down the fear you have and a step you will take towards conquering it.
