How do we deal with a chat situation when a member is being rude?

Sometimes a member will be really mad and rude but in reality it is just because they are upset and we have to recognize that.

In fact, some members come to talk nicely after initial rudeness once we realize it's not you they are upset at.

However, if the situation does not improve, we need not continue on a chat which is making us feel constantly uncomfortable and we can offer the member to refer their chat to another listener.
