Holding On To Hope
As mentioned before, finding hope and reflecting on things that might bring hope are not easy things to muster when facing chronic illness like MDS - and that is ok! Holding on to hope can be achieved by reminding ourselves that we have the ability to pursue what is important to us. These reminders can come in different forms, and it is important to keep trying.
