Gratitude Letter
Write a letter to someone you are grateful for but have not yet appreciated. While writing your letter, think about and mention the specific actions and things that you are grateful for. Try to be specific on how they have impacted you. If possible, hand-deliver this letter to the person and discuss the letter together during your visit. This activity has been proven to be effective in enhancing well-being with long-lasting effects.
