Forgiveness involves letting go of feelings of anger and retribution towards someone who we think has wronged us, including ourselves. It is a pro-social practice which we can use to attain peace and enhance our well-being. 

For this activity, consider reflecting on someone you have yet to forgive for a transgresion. Reflect on how their wrong-doing impacted you and continues to impact your present. Explore what forgiveness means to you and whether you are ready to forgive this person after thinking about the person's motives. Deeply reflect on whether the entire situation has helped you grow.
