Exercise can be a really good way to manage anxiety, with the added benefit of also enabling you to stay fit! A lack of exercise can also cause more anxiety, so exercise is a great way to feel more balanced.
This video has a quick 5 minute exercise routine that you can try if you're interested, but there are so many forms of exercise, including walking, sports, and general fitness!
