Building forgiveness is similar to strengthening a muscle. You must strain the muscle to strengthen it. The more you do it, the stronger your “forgiveness muscle” gets. There are two types of mindsets:

  • Fixed mindset - the mindset that keeps you in the same place in life.
  • Growth mindset - assuming you can change and grow.
