Set 3.3 - Release the Burden of Unforgiveness

Clasp your hands and extend your arms as far away from your body as you can. Imagine that the burden of hurt and unforgiveness is in your hands. Hold this position for 30 more seconds.

As your arms grow tired, think of all the other things you could be doing with your hands (and with your life) if you could just let go and start doing something else. Remember that holding this burden hurts you, not your wrongdoer. But letting go helps you both.
