 The holistic psychologist, Nicole LePera lists 5 ways to recognize trauma brain.  These are not the only ways that trauma shows up, but these are 5 common ones that are seen in many people with trauma. 

  • Obsessive desire to be chosen  by others without any awareness of how YOU and YOUR body feels about the connection.
  • Chronic social anxiety
  • Need for consistent distraction
  • Ego stories of self-judgment and comparisons
  • Lack of self-trust that leads to procrastination and self-sabotage shame cycles
