Discussion of Events Objectively

We aren’t going to get anywhere if we keep telling the story repeatedly. 

We need another, more objective story. So visualize as a 3rd party observer and answer the following questions:

1. Share the story again, but this time without emphasizing the emotions of any parties involved or the consequences this has had. 
2. What are the differences between the first and second versions of your story? 
3. Does removing yourself from this situation help to bring you any serenity? Describe how you are feeling about the experience of writing about your target situation objectively.
