Practicing daily gratitude can really help us to feel more connected to ourselves and grateful for all we have. In this step, we are going to learn a positive psychology technique called 3 Good Things.
During this time, you reflect on 3 good things that went well before bed. You can write them down if you wish. The main thing is to be consistent and to practice for 14 days to develop a habit over time of seeing the positives in your life. What are the 3 good things that have happened to you today or perhaps it’s a thought, a feeling, or sensation?
