This where we come to an end on our path journey discovering how to cope with the many aspects of our mental health during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

As with the first step, remember you are not alone! Everyone around the world is struggling and being affected by the pandemic in various ways, and hopefully, you learned strategies to implement into your life.

In this path, we reviewed the following topics: anxiety, worrying, grielf, trauma, news diet, food/drink diet, stress, returning to society, social stigma, and more. That is A LOT to cover, so please feel free to restart this pathway, or review any steps that you would like to re-read/watch. It also may be the case that you have not experienced some of the things we covered and if, in the future, you unfortunately come to experience some of these things, please come back to those steps!

Lastly, remember to be patient with yourself. The pandemic is something new and unpredictable for all of us. It is a very tough thing to navigate, and with difficult experiences may come changes in your mental health. You might find that some of the skills we learned about are not helpful to you, and that is okay! Everyone is unique and as different people, we may have differences in what works for us. Don't give up and try the next thing on the list to see if that is more helpful for you. As always, use the internet as a resource! If you don't find anything in this pathway helpful to you, research self-help guides on the internet, contact mental health organizations, and reach out to people you trust or listeners on 7Cups for support.

Thank you for your participation in completing this path and I hope that this was helpful for you!
