Change the Approach & Take Actions!

The third stage for moving forward involves focusing on the approaches and actions, instead of results.

Though we cannot control our situation every time, we can always control how you react to the situation, use this to your advantage!

Identifying the patterns that are not working for us and changing the approach towards an issue or obstacle in our way can make a difference! We know how hard it can be but trying it can help us work towards happiness and our goals.

Empty your mind! Release tension, fears, anxieties and uncertaining. Emptying our mind allows us to change the focus and create space for new ideas, and fresh perspectives to deal with the roadblocks. When we change our focus, thoughts & actions, the world around us changes as well.

To begin taking actions, it often helps to set small goals! Consider setting some simple and positive goals that you can reach each day. (Like a short term plan related to a goal – in form of daily activity.)

Now, here are 2 questions for you to answer:

  • If I didn't have fear for an entire day, I would _____.
    • Fear can often block us from taking actions. What would we do if we didn't have any fear?
  • What actions could you take or change to help achieve some improvements in the situation?
