Instructions: Begin recognizing what you are telling yourself and your resulting emotions.

  1. Write down an event/ situation in column A
  2. Thoughts/beliefs about the event in column B
  3. How you felt and behaved in response to the event in column C.
  4. Then, answer the questions below the boxes. Keep in mind that feelings are almost always one word (happy, sad, frustration, etc).
