Acknowledge Your Roadblocks & Take a Moment to Relax!
Strive to identify the things that hold you back from moving on!
Example: If you need to reconcile with a friend or if you need to accept something that you've been putting off for a while or if it’s dealing with a tough situation at work or some kind of rumination/frustration etc.
Here are some activities you can consider doing:
- Make a list of the things that have been holding you back from moving on in life!
- Write a letter to your fear, what would you want it to know?
- Write down why you want to leave the past or present roadblocks, what are some pros and cons of being in an unstuck situation?
Brooding over the past or speculating too much about the future is a prison we create for ourselves. It’s important to remember that it's okay to let go of the things that you feel do not work for you, the things that hold you back from moving forward in your life.
Now that you've acknowledged your current situation or challenges, please know that we're really proud of you for recognising your feelings and thoughts!
