Accommodating Stressful Thoughts

After we weigh the evidence supporting as well as contradicting our initial thoughts and feelings, we are able to practice accommodation by thinking of an alternative thought that keeps the evidence in mind.

For instance, you may begin to realize and think that "I do not know much right now and the future might be uncertain, but I have the resources to support my loved one as best as I can".
