Acceptance: It’s okay to feel stuck!

The first stage for moving forward involves accepting the current situation we are in, to accept that the current situation is not satisfactory and remember that it's okay to feel stuck sometimes, you don't have to rush yourself.

Sometimes all you need is to take a break and care for yourself before moving on.
