7 Step Meditation
Meditation is good for the soul. Please try doing some Meditation. Try to meditate for as long as you can.
Step1: Short Sitting Relaxation
You have been working hard and deserve a rest.

Step2: Breathe
Remember to breathe. When things get especially hard, pause, acknowledge how you’re feeling, and take a few deep breaths.
Step3: Reflect on your personal boundaries.

Step4: Be Thankful
Sometimes it's easier to find things to be thankful for when we're looking for them.
List 1-3 things you're grateful for today
Step5: Listen to a guided meditation or mindfulness exercise of your choice.
Step6: Imagine you are floating through the clouds.
How does it feel? What do you see? Where are you going?

Step7: Take a moment to just listen to the rain.
If it's not raining, you can find rain sounds on your phone.
