MOVE! Weight Management Program in Woodland, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and connected to tailored weight management solutions that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of programs including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which facilitates in-home messaging and clinician support. Additionally, for those who prefer self-management, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
