The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Woodland, WA, is dedicated to fostering a just and sustainable food system through comprehensive training and empowerment of emerging leaders. This transformative program offers a unique opportunity for selected Fellows to engage in organic food system education, develop ecological literacy, and participate in hands-on agricultural projects. By focusing on producing and distributing diverse crops, running community gardens, and enhancing food access initiatives, our Fellows contribute to meaningful, community-driven change. The Fellowship is designed to be accessible, with no tuition fees required, ensuring that all passionate individuals can join us. Each Fellow will undergo a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year where they will actively apply their knowledge in partnership with local non-profits to strengthen food systems. Applications are open until March each year, with the fellowship experience running from May to October.
