The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in West Richland, WA, empowers individuals to champion a just and sustainable food system. Our program combines organic food system education with hands-on experience, guiding Fellows through six months of immersive learning at the Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year where they actively apply their training in partnership with local non-profits. By supporting diversified crop production, educational initiatives for health care, community gardens, and food literacy programs in schools, our Fellows become vital advocates for food assistance and accessibility. We strive to maintain inclusivity by offering this Fellowship tuition-free, ensuring that anyone passionate about fostering a socially, environmentally, and economically just food system can join us in making impactful changes in their communities.
