MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Washougal, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, allowing Veterans to take charge of their weight loss journey. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who need further assistance.
